We’ve added a new member to our team of superstars… and she’s coming to us with an enthusiastic attitude, solid industry knowledge and the horsepower (experience) to support it. She’s the third musketeer, the female perspective… Introducing your new Ontario BDM, Shannon McCain.

From her days as a student working part time at Canada Trust, Shannon’s always wanted to work in banking. “When I finished college, I realized my passion was to help people and banking fit that need,” says Shannon who’s been working in banking ever since.

Shannon has over 25 years of experience in banking. Fifteen of those years were spent as a mortgage specialist, which laid the foundation necessary to become the BDM she is today. Between her experience, excellent customer service and interest in sales, we think we’ve hit the jackpot with Shannon!

“Understanding the stress of the job and timelines, plus juggling the needs of the customer, realtor and financial institution gives me the edge to help brokers,” she says with passion. Shannon naturally thrives on meeting new people, forming relationships and finding solutions, making her the ideal person to help brokers with clients in difficult situations.

Today, Shannon calls Peterborough home. She loves spending her free time on Lower Buckhorn Lake boating around the Trent-Severn Waterways.
