This Contest is being held by Bridgewater Bank (“BwB”). The Contest begins at 3 p.m October 15, 2023 (the “Start Date”) and closes at 2:00 p.m. on October 16, 2023. All times are in Eastern Standard Time.
How To Enter
No purchase is required to enter this Contest. The Contest is open to all mortgage agents at the MPC National Mortgage Conference (each a “Contestant”) as of the Start Date.
A Contestant receives one (1) entry into the Contest (the “Entry”) when their conference pass is scanned during the tradeshow portion of the conference (the “Entry Period”). A Contestant may submit an Entry each time they scan their pass.
All Entries properly received into the Contest have an equal chance of winning a prize in this Contest. Chances of winning depend on the number of Entries entered into this Contest.
The Prize
The Prize is a pair (two) of tickets to an NHL game in the home city of the winner, plus one (1) arena gift card and/or a Visa gift card valued at $100 to go with the hockey tickets.
The Prize winners will be selected by random draw from all qualified Entries after the Entry Period ends. The draw will happen at the MPC National Conference at the end of the tradeshow on October 16, 2023.
One (1) Entry will be selected from the pool of Entries submitted. Each Contestant may only win a maximum of one (1) Prize in this Contest.
The Prize winners will be contacted by their BwB Business Development Manager. Before contacting a Prize winner, BwB will verify the eligibility of the selected Entry. In the event that the selected Prize winner or his or her Entry does not meet all conditions pertaining to these Contest rules, BwB will automatically disqualify that Entry and select another eligible Entry to be the winner of that Prize.
BwB will contact each Prize winner by telephone, email or other means. BwB will then make arrangements to deliver the Prize to the Prize winner.
If for any reason it is not possible within a ten (10) day period to contact a Prize winner, despite customary diligent efforts, BwB reserves the right to disqualify that Entry and select another Entry by random draw as that Prize winner.
The Prize must be accepted by the Prize winner and may not be transferred to any other person(s) prior to being awarded.
General Terms and Conditions
BwB reserves the right to withhold the Prize or disqualify the Prize winner’s Entry in the event that a Prize winner fails or refuses to comply with these Contest rules.
If in the opinion and sole discretion of BwB, the Contest is not capable of running as planned or if the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest is corrupted or adversely affected, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or other causes beyond its control, BwB reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest including any method of entry.
BwB will not be responsible for telephone, fax, technical, network, online, electronic, computer hardware or software failures of any kind, misdirected, stolen, incomplete, garbled or delayed internet/email computer transmissions on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof that may result in an Entry not being properly entered into the Contest.
Any personal information that BwB may collect in this Contest will be in accordance with the BwB Privacy Policy, which can be found at http://www.bridgewaterbank.ca, and will be retained for the administration of this Contest and for marketing purposes. As per BwB’s privacy policy, BwB does not sell any personal information of its customers, partners or vendors.

By entering this Contest, Contestants’ consent to BwB publishing or announcing each Prize winner’s name, brokerage name and photograph(s) in future publicity in all manners, including in advertising, trade publications, displays, editorials, art, video production, exhibitions, Facebook, Twitter and other website or online content.
By entering this Contest, participants automatically accept these Contest rules and release BwB, the Alberta Motor Association, and their respective employees, officers and directors from any liability with respect to this Contest or the Prize.
All decisions by BwB with respect to all aspects of this contest are final.
In these Contest Rules, words importing the singular also include the plural.
This Contest and these Contest rules are to be interpreted and governed by the laws of Alberta.
